• Comment: Saw Mr. Hall, today. I was able to talk to him about all my concerns about my daughter. He was very respuctfull towards me and my situation. He addressed all my questions and reassured me and gave me peace of mind. He truly cares about his clients best intreast. Was very compassionate and empthized with my feelings. Thank you Phillip.
