Repeated Dealings with Mentally Disturbed Persons

When cops deal with the same mentally disturbed person over and over, and think that even though they aren’t dangerous now, but might be later if they don’t deal with it, they should tell the person to go to a mental health association to get help, but this isn’t a situation where they can force them to go.
